Powder Coating
CBC services offer a full in house powder coating service upto 6mtrs in length. CBC can pre-treat substrates using our blasting service. Polyester powder is used giving maximum UV stability. Our Zinc prime & polyester system has been tested upto 1500 hrs on salt spray tests with outstanding results.
As well as doing the run of the mill work, CBC offers coating on spaceframes, rollcages, axels, suspension parts, springs etc. We have a full color range in RAL or BS shades.
