This is a 250cc 2 stroke Coventry Eagle the bike was stripped and re-built by Peter Thorne of Weeden Classic restorations.
Most of the parts needed blasting to remove years of old paint.
The customer required this bike to be in show condition so we finished most of the parts in a bass coat and clear coat.
There were imperfections in the metal work, so most of the bike parts needed to have fillerwork done to them.
All the wet painted parts have been flatted and polished to remove all the orange peel
