CBC Services has been providing quality blast cleaning, wet spraying and industrial coatings since 1993.

CBC Services is made of departments:

Mobile Blast Cleaning
Provides on site blast cleaning using the latest dial air regulated equipment which is perfect for delicate stone and wood substrates.

In House Blast Cleaning
Large in house blast room using the latest blasting technology along with a vast array of media, to achieve the desired effect and quality of finish it is essential that the correct medium is used. For smaller items our blast cabinets are used.

Central Blast Cleaning
Caters for one offs or large quantity runs, blast cleaning or impact finishing.

CBC RacePaint
Our RacePaint department caters for the racing industry. Our very highly trained staff are used to dealing with many substrates including carbon, glass fibre, plastics and so on. We have two low bake ovens & two paint schemes.

The latest in spray painting technology is used including electrostatic spray painting. RacePaint has been developing this electrostatic technique since 1997 with outstanding results in weight saving especially on the likes of roll cages. We also offer xylan coating.

Banbury Powder Coating Ltd.
Services including electrostatic powder coating up to 6 meters in length, our powder coating plant is ideal for large quantity runs on the automated track or one offs. Colour choice of RAL. or BS. most colours held in stock next day delivery on special colours. Pretreatment of blast cleaning or de-greasing.

Flocking
Flock is precision cut lengths of nylon fibres. When applied by electrostatic means an attractive seamless fabric-like coating is created which can cover almost nay surface. Almost any surface or object can be given a flock finish. The item or area has to be coated with a glue (2 pack). The flock fibre is charged electrostatically which causes the individual fibres to penetrate "end on" into the adhesive. This creates a high density pile effect of up to 150,000 fibres per sq inch. This gives a velvet finish.
